Phigure creates limited, made-to-order collectible figures. Many of our products are offered as pre-orders and require production time before shipment.
Each product page clearly states whether an item is in stock or a pre-order, along with the estimated shipping window. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the stated fulfillment timeline.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are produced after purchase and ship within the timeframe listed on the product page. These timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to production, quality control, or logistics, but we work diligently to ship within the stated window.
Pre-orders are not considered delayed or unfulfilled until the latest stated ship date has passed.
Shipping Timeframes

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Phigure is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback before the stated shipping window has passed is considered premature and may result in order cancellation. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly with any questions or concerns before contacting their bank.
